What happens if I need to cancel ?
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the service will result in the full fare being charged.
When do I need to pay ?
- Payment is taken at time of booking.
- You can pay via credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
How much do you charge ?
- This will depend on number of people, type of service requested, how many stops and distance.

Can we take our furry friends ?
The team here at LuxRide Victoria are all dog owners but animals are not allowed in the vehicles, except for support dogs.
What driver qualifications do you have ?
The team here at LuxRide Victoria are police & working with children checked and our drivers are accredited with Commercial Passengers Vehicle Victoria.
